About Erin

I’m Erin DeGraw, a licensed Sports Massage Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience helping people recover, move better, and perform stronger. With a background in powerlifting and strength training, I specialize in results-driven massage tailored to your needs—whether you’re training hard or just staying active. Outside of work, I’m usually hiking with my dogs, Finley and Ember.

What to expect

  • Expect a focused session tailored to your needs—relieving tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort, and we’ll chat briefly about your goals beforehand.

  • Easily with our online booking system or giving the office a call at (518) 290-7106

  • Most sessions are done on a massage table with fully covered by a sheet and blanket. It is recommended to undress to your level of comfort. Often that is undergarments or athletic shorts/tank.

  • If you do anything repetitively that leaves you in pain, sports massage is for you! The therapeutic benefits sports massage provides is helpful for all activity levels.
